Creative Writing | Write That Book And Get It Published – 1 Saturday/Spring Term

COURSE OVERVIEW

What’s your idea? Will it make it to print? This workshop is for writers of fiction and non fiction and aims to give you a realistic idea of how to get yourself into print and how and where to sell your writing. You should have at least the basic idea of a book that you want to write.
This workshop will cover:
  • The Writing plan – discipline and practice.
  • Selling you – the writer – who you are and what you offer.]
  • Selling your work – pitching, in writing and face to face.
  • Making an action plan for your next steps into print.
By the end of the workshop you will better understand where to focus you book/book idea, how to fit the writing around your lifestyle, and how to present and prepare you, your writing/your ideas for market.
