COURSE OVERVIEW
The qualification is designed to enable candidates to understand principles, practices and legislation for initial verification and periodic inspection of electrical installations with statutory and non-statutory regulations and requirements. Its content is the knowledge needed by a candidate to underpin the application of skills for the inspection, testing, commissioning and certification of electrical installations.
This course is also offered on consecutive Fridays for 5 weeks. It is also available at our Crawley and Chichester Campus.
FURTHER INFORMATION
This course is suitable for practising electricians who have not carried out inspection and testing since qualifying as well as those with limited experience of initial inspection and periodic inspection of electrical installations.
On completion candidates can progress onto City and Guilds Level 4 Award in the Design and Verification of Electrical Installations.
Candidates will complete an online multiple choice test and one practical assignment.
Practical assessments will take place after the online test has been completed and will be arranged at a time and date suitable for yourself and tutor.
Course cost: £1015.00 We do not charge VAT.
The course code includes registration with the awarding body and examination fees.
