Apply to join our Face-to-Face IT for Employability and Customer Service Course
This course is a last step of our IT Programme, you will be invited to enrol if you successfully completed the IT for Beginners and IT for Improvers course, or other Brighton MET Opening Doors courses in the past.
If you haven’t studied with us before, you will need to attend a short interview prior to enrolment.

What You’ll Learn:
- MS Excel you will further explore the spreadsheets functionality and build your confidence using formulas, sorting and conditional formatting.
- MS PowerPoint you will have the opportunity to build your own dynamic and interactive presentation to present you skills to future employers
- Context: all in the context of entering the world of employment where customer service is a priority
