NCFE LEVEL 1 AWARD IN INTERPERSONAL SKILLS
COURSE OVERVIEW
This course will help you to develop your interpersonal skills , That could be used in a career in Health and Social Care , Care, advise and guidance or further courses to develop counselling skills
During the course you will work in small groups , to develop your skills and reflect on the practise of others .
It is the first step on our Counselling course journey.
The course will run on a Wednesday from 1:15pm to 4:30pm.
FURTHER INFORMATION
You must be over 18+
You will need to attend an interview where you will be asked to demonstrate you are able to safely reflect on your own interpersonal skills.
Upon successful completion you may apply for the level 2 in Helping Skills .
You will be assessed though observation, assignment and assessment.
