COURSE OVERVIEW

This apprenticeship provides HR professionals with an excellent platform to upskill and further progress their careers in Human Resources. The Apprenticeship Standards can be used for existing HR employees within mid-level and senior roles who are managing complex projects, HR practices and are influencing managers to change their thinking as well as bringing best practices into the organisation. It can also be used for new employees, such as graduates who are looking to build a career within HR.
Apprentices are likely to be working in a generalist role, where they provide support across a range of HR areas; or a specialist role with a depth of expertise in areas such as Recruitment, Reward, Diversity & Inclusion, Employee Wellbeing & Relations, Organisational Development, Learning & Development or HR Operations.

FURTHER INFORMATION

You must have an employer in place and be in a suitable administration role that covers the themes in the course information tab to complete this apprenticeship.
All prospective new apprentices will complete an initial assessment of their current knowledge skills and behaviours through a skill scan. This must indicate that there is substantial new knowledge skills and behaviours to be learnt by completing this apprenticeship.
A prospective apprentice will also need to show that they are currently working at or towards the minimum L2 skills for Maths and English. Where a learner has not already achieved GCSE grade 4 to 9 (A-C ) or equivalent Level 2 English and Maths Functional Skills, they must do so before taking the end-point assessment.
