This UAL Level 3 Diploma/Extended Diploma is your launchpad into the exciting world of Creative Media Production and Technology.

Over the next two years, you will be able to develop your ideas and turn them into an engaging media portfolio as well as, uncover the secrets of multimedia communications, planning, production, and reaching audiences for commercial, public and non-profit organisations.

Year One: Building Your Creative Foundation (Diploma)

– Craft mind-blowing visuals for Print, Screen and Multimedia.

– Explore different media, learning fundamental industry skills in graphics, illustration, web, apps, video, audio, and photography for marketing.

– Unleash your inner designer, create your brand, harness your talent, promote diversity.

Year Two: Level Up Your Skills (Extended Diploma)

– Specialise your passion: Delve deeper into your preferred area, managing projects through from concept to completion, including; graphics, illustrations, animation, video, web or sound design.

– Explore your own creativity and initiative in the development of multimedia concepts and evaluation.

– Collaborate like a pro: Work with classmates on real-world projects, building your teamwork skills and technical competencies.

– Build your portfolio: Showcase your talents to potential employers and universities.

    FURTHER INFORMATION

    At least four GCSEs at grade 4 or above, including English, maths and preferably a creative subject, and a portfolio of your creative work. Also, you will have to pass a six week review. If you do not have the above grades, you can start on the Level 2 Creative Media course, or the Level 2 Art and Design.
    An interview with a course tutor will be required prior to enrolment.

    How to apply

    Once you have created an account, you can easily apply to your chosen course and track the status of your application at any time.

    HOW THE APPLICATION PROCESS WORKS

    Step 1

    Set Up Your Account

    You’ll be prompted to create an account which will allow you to log in to our Application Tracker website whenever you wish. This will provide you with important information and you can also track the progress of your application.

    Step 2

    Apply

    Complete each step of the application form and then submit your completed form. We’ll let you know when we’ve safely received it with an acknowledgement email.

    Step 3

    Application Review Meeting

    Before offering you a place at college, we’ll meet with you (either in person, by telephone or online). We’ll send you a link to our booking page where you can select a time that’s convenient for you.

    Step 4

    Accept Your Place

    Offers will be sent to you via the email address you have provided. The offer will be conditional, based on predicted GCSE grades. You’ll need to accept your offer within 14 days to secure your place.

    Step 5

    What next?

    Once you receive your GCSE results, you’ll need to get in touch with the college to inform us of them and start your enrolment process.
