The Gallery is a licensed training restaurant delivering high-quality food and service provided by Brighton MET students.
Our students have gone on to win such prestigious prizes as Young Chef of the Year and The Roux Scholarship and to run Michelin recognised restaurants.
Bar & Restaurant
Located at our Central Brighton Campus, the Gallery restaurant combines modern English cuisine with an informal atmosphere, serving bistro-style lunches and fine dining in the evenings at affordable prices.
Taught and supervised by highly skilled teachers with years of industry experience, the Gallery provides invaluable training opportunities for our catering and hospitality students.
Please note, that our menus use seasonal ingredients and can vary throughout the year.

The Gallery has now re-opened!
Lunch
Thursday and Friday, arrival from 12.00pm for 12.30pm service
Dinner
Tuesday evenings arrival from 6:00pm for 6:30pm service
Reservations
All reservations are now via our new online booking service. This is the new way to book for The Arundel, enabling you to make and confirm all your requirements in one place.
Please be aware we no longer take cash or cheque payments.
Parking
Please note: there are no parking facilities at Central Brighton Campus. Visitors are encouraged to use public transport. We are short five minutes’ walk from Brighton Railway Station.
