The course runs on a Wednesday 13:00 to 16:30. There will also be a required Saturday workshop session, date to be confirmed.
FURTHER INFORMATION
Students should have completed the level 1 in Interpersonal Skills before applying, or be working in a role where they are using interpersonal skills.
Applicants need to be aware that there is a group interview process for this course.
- Level 2 and 3 qualifications in Conflict Management
- Level 2 and 3 qualifications in Health Care and/or Health and Social Care
- Level 3 Certificates in Counselling Skills and Theory/Developing Counselling
- Level 2 NVQ in Advice and Guidance Support
- Level 3 NVQ in Advice and Guidance
- Level 3 qualifications in Workplace Mentoring
This course will be assessed through observation and reflective log and assignment tasks.
