Brighton MET Cabin Crew Students Take Flight at Heathrow Training Academy  

Students from Brighton MET College received a bird’s-eye view of the aviation industry as they visited a global airline training base at London Heathrow Airport.  

During the exciting visit, Cabin Crew students from the college had the opportunity to explore the facilities, which included cutting-edge flight simulators, Cabin Simulators, Door Trainers and Evacuation Slides.  

This gave them just a flavour of what it is really like to train and work in the aviation industry, as they got hands-on with professional equipment, including evacuation simulator rigs, just like cabin crew do during their training.  

The day proved to be a fantastic and memorable experience for each and every student, as they got to see first-hand some of the equipment that is used in the industry and that they are likely to be using in the near future.
