HOW TO ACCESS YOUR EXAM RESULTS – SUMMER 2025

Below is information you will need to collect your results.

Thursday 14 August, 8.30am: Level 3 results

Results will be published online through the CCG Results portal at 8.30am.

Thursday 21 August, 8.30am: GCSE, Level 1 & 2 results

Results will be published online through the CCG Results Portal at 8.30am.

Students unable to access results through the CCG Results Portal can come to the College to ask the Exams office for a printed copy.

How to access exam results through the CCG Results Portal

1. We will email students in mid-July and again on the Tuesday before results day, providing a link to the site. This email will be sent to your personal AND college email addresses. It will not be copied to parents / carers.

2. Just click on the secure link in the email to access the site. You will be prompted to enter your date of birth as an additional verification step.

3. If you click on the link before the publication date and time, you will not be able to access your results and will be asked to come back later.

4. You are strongly encouraged to click on ‘Download to pdf’ and to save a copy of your results statement somewhere safe, in case you need it for progression to the next stage of your education or employment.

Post-results services

Students are entitled to a range of post-results services such as a clerical check or review of marking. More information about the post-results services available is provided on the College Connect site here: https://collegeconnect.chigroup.ac.uk/. The fees for these services may change as awarding bodies update their charges.

Access to college IT systems

Please remember that this summer, we will be moving from Google Workspace to Microsoft 365 for teaching and learning. From 31st July Google accounts will become deactivated. Please read this guidance to see how this affects your files and documents.

Students who are not returning to college in the Autumn Term won’t be able to access college IT systems after 31 August. If they have resources and documents on their college OneDrive which they want to keep, they must download them before that date.

Exam certificates

The college start receiving final exam certificates from exam boards in November, and we will post these home to students between November and January. If you are concerned that we do not have your current address, please contact our exams team at examsbrighton@gbmc.ac.uk.

We hope that your exam results are everything that you wish for, and we wish you all the best for a happy summer.

Kind regards
